Return policies & procedures
Returns: For us to issue a full refund, the product must not be used and returned within (10) business days. Your item must be returned with protective bag, receipt and invoice, in the same condition as received. There are absolutely no exceptions to our return policy. If the item has been used, your item will immediately be returned to you. Please indicate the reason for returning the item inside the package. We will enclose a return address-shipping label with the order. You can use the original shipping package.
Refunds: Within (10) business days upon receipt of your return, we will credit your credit card, or send you a check (if paid by check) for the price of the goods and any taxes except shipping costs. The return credit will show up on your next monthly credit card statement.
Repair: We will repair any manufacturing defects free of charge, within (30) days after purchase. We will not be responsible for any product that is being overstuffed, overstressed and damages caused by abuse of the product.
